Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the Client) and The Celebration Collective ("we," "our," or "us") regarding DJ bookings for your upcoming event. Our goal is to keep everything simple, transparent, and aligned with level of professionalism we promise to deliver.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your 50% non-refundable deposit in our bank account. Until this point, your preferred DJ or date is not secured. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation email.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Late payments may result in forfeiting your DJ allocation or cancellation of the booking.
In the rare event that The Celebration Collective must cancel, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued and we’ll do our absolute best to find an alternative performer for your event.

Talent Substitutions

In order to maintain professionalism we reserve the right to provide a replacement artist of similar style and experience If your selected DJ becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances We'll notify you as soon as possible and handle the transition with utmost care.

Event Details & Logistics

We rely on the information you provide through our forms to ensure everything runs smoothly.

By accepting our Terms & Conditions you agree to:

Supply accurate event details to us and our DJs (timing, venue access, bump-in/bump-out requirements).
Provide a safe, sheltered, and powered setup space.
Keep open communication with us and our DJs in the lead-up to the event.

Overtime & Additional Hours

We understand that you may want to keep the dance floor active and in use for periods that extend beyond your initial booking. Additional performance hours can be requested and approved by your DJ during the event (subject to the DJ’s discretion and availability). Extra charges apply and will be invoiced post-event.

Safety & Conduct

We expect all clients, guests, and venue staff to treat our DJs and their equipment respectfully. The Celebration Collective reserves the right to end a performance early if the environment becomes unsafe or abusive, with no refund given.

Media Usage

We occasionally take photos or videos at events for promotional purposes. If you’d prefer us not to capture or share anything from your event, please let us know in advance in writing.

Force Majeure

We’re not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic disruptions, etc.). In such cases, we’ll work with you in good faith to reschedule or refund where appropriate.
